TERMS AND CONDITIONS – GIFT VOUCHER
1. Validity and Use
The gift voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. It can be redeemed at any participating port within our national network of recreational fishing trips. The actual charter is subject to favorable sea conditions, as well as availability of boats and group schedules.
2. Advance Booking
We strongly recommend that you contact our team at least 30 days in advance of your preferred date to ensure availability and coordinate the trip details. All bookings are subject to confirmation and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
In the event of a cancellation or refund request by the customer, a €10 processing fee will apply.
– Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 7 days in advance.
– If sea conditions prevent the trip from taking place on the scheduled day, the activity will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
– No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
4. Restrictions
The gift voucher:
– Is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
– May not be resold, transferred, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
– Is only valid for activities operated by our company or authorized partners.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers after delivery to the buyer or recipient. Voucher holders agree to comply with all safety instructions and onboard rules as indicated by the crew during the activity.
6. Participant Requirements
Some trips may require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not reached, the trip will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
7. Health and Recommendations
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the activity. Please inform us in advance of any relevant medical conditions.
