The consumption and/or possession of illicit substances on board the boat are strictly prohibited and may lead to trip cancellation.
Any changes, extensions, or variations to the schedule and/or services provided must be approved by the company.
Changes resulting in increased costs must be settled before boarding or during the service.
To confirm a reservation, a percentage of the service fee or the total amount must be paid via available payment methods.

A maximum of two date postponements are allowed per season.
Failure to pay the final service payment before boarding warrants cancellation without refund.
